social media marketing--getting started packages
With social media, the first step is often the most challenging. It can be very difficult to know where to start or even what to talk about on the various social media channels available to you.
Crystal offers two packages of services to get you started on social media.
getting started package
Focusing on the three biggest sites--Facebook, Twitter, and LinkedIn--Crystal will speak with you about what you hope to accomplish with social media, the types of information you anticipate sharing, the tone you want use, and the volume of time you can dedicate to social media. She will then prepare a strategy document to give you a roadmap to follow.
Next, Crystal will set up your Twitter account, a Facebook fan page, and a LinkedIn page. Setup includes an appropriate profile and, in the case of Twitter, 20 accounts to follow.

getting started--social media + blog package
The Getting Started package, outlined above, plus the setup of a WordPress blog and instructions in using the basic features of WordPress (adding posts and pages, changing settings).
