rates and lead time
Rates are $0.015 per word. If your book is 25,000 words in length (excluding front matter and references), you can expect to pay $CDN375.00 for a full index of your book, plus applicable taxes.
A lead time of at least 2-3 weeks is required for all indexing projects.
